Here
are some new actions that could help uncover fraud and facilitate a recount:

Ohio Secretary of State Blackwell: a new ruling in Cuyahoga County that
provisional ballots in yellow packets must be “Rejected” if there is no “date
of birth” on the packet. The Free Press obtained copies of the original
“Provisional Verification Procedure” from Cuyahoga County which stated “Date of
birth is not mandatory and should not reject a provisional ballot.” The
original procedure required the voter’s name, address and a signature that
matched the signature in the county’s database. http://www.freepress.org/columns/display/3/2004/985
Therefore it is important to complain about the new rule and
to demand that be overturned. In addition, once
the
provisional ballots start being counted this Saturday, anytime there is a
question of the legality of one of the ballots it will be voted on by two
Democrats and two Republicans. If there is a tie (which I assume in most
cases there would be), Ohio Secretary of State Blackwell breaks the tie.
As a result when contacting Blackwell it is important to emphasize that when he
is asked to break ties he should not exclude votes based on
technicalities.

FUND A RECOUNT IN OHIO: There is also exciting new information about
recounting Ohio. David Cobb in conjuntion with Michael Badnarik, the
2004 presidential candidates for the Green and Libertarian parties, today
announced their intentions to
file a formal demand for a recount of the presidential ballots cast in Ohio.
The Cobb
and Badnarik campaigns are in the process of raising the required fee,
estimated at $110,000, for filing for a complete recount. The campaigns
are accepting contributions through their websites. The Cobb-LaMarche website
is http://www.votecobb.org http://www.votecobborg/>. The
Badnarik-Campagna contribution page is https://badnarik.org.
--In the
link above it mentions that an election lawyer for the Democratic Party said
that Kerry might ask for a recount of several counties in Ohio that had
statistical anomalies. If you want to encourage him to do this or to ask
him to do a full recount (Kerry has aleady amassed millions and a team of
lawyers for a recount), you can contact the DNC at 202-863-8000 or http://www.democrats.org/contact/ and contact the Kerry campaign

Help These Two Organizations Prove Fraud
There is anecdotal evidence of widespread fraud with
the paperless voting machines. There are two groups working to uncover
hard evidence who need your support
(a) Please support the work of http://blackboxvoting.org -with donations
and/or volunteer work--they need to raise $50,000 to file freedom of info act
requests for as quickly as possible to pay for records and the fees some states
charge for them. If you can't donate funds http://www.eservicescorp.com/form.aspx?fID=912
, please donate time.
E-mail to join the Cleanup Crew. (they need all types from doing grunt work, to
lawyers and programers) crew@blackboxvoting.org
(b) Please
also contribute to Votewatch http://www.votewatch.us
. They need $250,000 to do a professional statistical analysis of the
election which can be used as hard evidence.
This is an excellent organization that has been conservative in its approach,
using highly respected statisticians and developing trusted relationships with
key media contacts. They are collecting and analyzing data to determine if
there was fraud in the election as seems to be indicated by the 5% (or so)
discrepancy between exit polls and reported results from the touch screen
voting with no paper trail vs. the other types of voting where exit polls
closely matched reported results.
If you decide to move forward with a tax-deductible contribution, please make
your check payable to Votewatch (ID# 94-3255070) and send it to:
