Today there is an excellent tale of an election scandal in Kaufman County, Texas.

In Ohio Blackwell has decided that not answering any questions is probably better than having to tell the truth so he has requested that the courts protect him from having to talk to any attorneys. Also in Ohio late this afternoon, the Kerry/Edwards presidential campaign filed two important motions to preserve and augment evidence of alleged election fraud in the November election.
