The current name for the Standards is "Voting Systems Standards"

HOMEL SUGGESTED CHANGE

Use one of these names

"Voting Systems Standards for DRE and Optical Scanner Systems"

"Electronic Voting Systems Standards"

REASON

In the future some smaller counties may wish to use hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots, with accessibility provided by non-electronic devices such as the Vote-PAD. It must be clear that standards and certification procedures for electronic systems do not apply to voting systems that are non-electronic.
